• Shereen Fink to receive ''Evolution Woman of the Year'' Award

    Brighton, CO - Shereen Fink, Co-Owner of Fink Ink and Founder of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity Council of Brighton, will receive the 2019 Evolution 'Woman of the Year' award from the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce. 
     
    This annual award is the pinnacle of the Chamber's annual Evolution Women's Conference Awards. It recognizes an outstanding woman in the business community who has exhibited exceptional leadership skills, is an active participant in the community, and has noteworthy results. Shereen Fink will be honored at the Evolution Women's Conference on Friday, March 1 in Brighton, Colorado at the Bella Sera Event Center. 

    Shereen Fink, along with 4 other incredible women, was nominated for the Evolution Woman of the Year. The four other nominees are Magi McEntire (Worth Managment), Dawn Homa (Signarama), Melissa Rippy (Melissa Rippy, Allstate Insurance and Ripbeams), and Sadie Eaton (JNR Insurance). A private reception was held on Tuesday, February 12 at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Brighton, Colorado in their honor. 
     
    After winning the award Shereen had this to say: "I can't believe I won! The support has been truly overwhelming and thanks you to everyone who voted for me. I'm so happy to be in the presence of such wonderful women, Thank you!"
     
    Community members are invited to attend a special reception that celebrates women and our honorees at 4:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. after the Evolution Women's Conference on March 1st. There is no cost to attend the reception.

    About the Evolution Women's Conference
    The Evolution Women's Conference expects 200 attendees from Adams County. Launched by The Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce, the purpose of the conference is to empower women to grow.  Key features of the conference include powerful talks by leading businesswomen, a luncheon featuring a keynote, a business expo, and meaningful networking opportunities.
