Announcing New Brighton Chamber President & CEO: 11/12/2020

The Board of Directors of the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau is pleased to announce that Lynn J. Kensinger has been selected as the Chamber’s new President and CEO. Lynn will assume the role starting Monday, November 16, 2020.

“After an extensive search for a new President & CEO of the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau, we are pleased to have selected Lynn J. Kensinger,” said Julie Stewart, Board Chair. “Lynn has a collaborative and energetic leadership style, which combined with her many years of chamber experience, makes her uniquely qualified to lead our Chamber. We are excited for Lynn to bring her ideas and enthusiasm to Brighton!”

Kensinger graduated from the US Chamber Institute of Organization Management and has applied those skills with leadership positions at four different Colorado Chambers. She has served on many community and economic development boards, as well as running her own business consulting firm.  Lynn is an avid sports fan – she loves the CU Buffs, Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies.  

Lynn said, “I am so honored to be working with the Brighton Chamber members, the Brighton businesses, local government, Brighton Economic Development and area partners.  Although we are in an unprecedented time, your chamber is here for you!  Brighton was my home for 5 years and I have family in the area, so I have been keeping track of the growth and challenges.  During the next few weeks, I will reach out to you to introduce myself and to “meet” you via phone or ZOOM.”
