    Event Description:
    Barr Lake is hosting our 2021 Health and Fitness Expo. There will be a mud pit to celebrate International Mud Day. Vendor booths and demonstrations will be happening throughout the day.
    Location:
    The address to the park is 13401 Picadilly Rd, Brighton, CO 80603. All booths will be located near the Nature Center.

    ​Parks Pass is required for entry $9 per car or a annual parks pass

    EXPO INFORMATION AND RULES
     
     
    SET UP:
    • Vendors may begin setting up from 8:00 am and must be set up by 9:45am
    TEAR DOWN
    • Vendors may not begin tearing down until 2pm.
    • Please pick up all your trash and leave your space clear.
    BOOTH APPEARANCE
    • Displays and merchandise should have a neat and professional appearance.
    • Overflowing trash should not be visible within your exhibitor space.
    ELECTRICITY
    • Electricity is handled by a 3rd party at the venue.
    • A normal electrical drop (5amps) will be around $20 per drop. There are usually advance rates when ordered within two weeks prior to the event.
    WIFI
    • Wi-Fi connection will not be available at Barr Lake State Park. If you need Wi-Fi, you will need to make your own arrangements.
    FOOD & BEVERAGE
    • Vendors are not allowed to sell food and/or beverages.
    • Vendors are allowed to give away samples
    • Health Department Requirements:
    • Vendors are responsible for any permits and fees in order to sample food and/or beverage.
    • Inspectors can and will shut down booths until vendors are in compliance with their requirements.
    MISCELLANEOUS RULES
    • Vendors may not leaflet or distribute products anywhere else other than your designated space.
    • Vendors may not obstruct access or visibility of neighboring booths.
    SUBLETTING SPACE
    • Exhibitors may not sublet any portion of their booth space or display another company’s name or sign.
